I was told some good prices and even months free. I called Ace not to switch just to inquire. I talked with Anne. She was more then helpful and educational on the entire situation. She was pleasent to talk with and very informative. Even though I didnt call to switch simply to just inquire what I could do to save a little. I’m a little delayed in writing this, but I’ve been an Ace customer since 2018 and continue to be impressed with their service. Like any other bill, the price has increased over the years, but after noticing what my neighbors were paying, I reached out to see if there was anything Ace could do for me as a long-term customer. I was fortunate to speak with Marcy, who was absolutely amazing—helpful, understanding, and proactive. She was able to lock me in at a comparable rate for the next two years, which I truly appreciate. When I also expressed concern about the change in accepting bags for yard waste, Marcy went above and beyond by offering me a second yard waste bin free of charge for the rest of the year so I could try it out. If it works, I’ll keep it and pay for it next season; if not, I can return it. I love that Ace gave me the chance to “try before buying.” On top of that, I had requested a new trash bin. Although the swap didn’t happen the week it was scheduled, before I even had the chance to call, Marcy reached out to explain the delay. Even when another small hiccup happened the following week, the team delivered the new bin right to the top of my driveway and removed the old one for me. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, Ace has been easy to reach, and I love the convenience of their app and autopay options. Marcy’s immaculate service, consistent follow-through, and genuine care made all the difference—she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you, Marcy, and thank you, Ace, for always standing by your customers!
