BC Hauling and Demolition Inc

BC Hauling & Demolition Inc is one of those Irvine crews that shows up like they said they would, does the work, and doesn’t make the whole thing harder than it needs to be. You hear the same beats from different kinds of jobs—furniture removal, a big patio cover demo, even a full house demo with “4 bath and kitchen”—and the pattern stays consistent: on time, good communications, and the job gets completed on time.

And that matters in this line of work because demo and hauling never go perfectly clean on paper. But these reviews point to a crew that stays clean and courteous while they’re tearing things out, and they check in with questions before they finish—so you don’t get that “surprise, we already cut it” feeling. Want a company that’s easy to connect with, responsive, and can actually give you a quote without a bunch of back-and-forth? That’s how folks describe Bill and the office side of BC—easy to deal with, no fuss.

Plus, pricing comes up the way you’d hope it would: “reasonable,” “fair pricing,” “the price was right.” Not bargain-bin talk, just steady and clear. Yet the cleanup is what keeps popping up too—“very thorough,” not just a quick sweep to call it good. Ever had a demo crew leave you with a yard full of nails and splinters to deal with? People aren’t saying that about these guys.

But the biggest tell for me is the repeat business—“used them for years” and “will call… again.” In hauling and demolition, you don’t get that kind of loyalty unless you show up, communicate, and treat the site like it’s still someone’s home or project.

If you want a straight-up, professional demo/hauling outfit around Irvine that stays on time, keeps it clean, and charges a fair price, BC Hauling & Demolition tends to be the name that sticks.
