“Shocked the review is only a 4.9. This is a 5-star operation all the way! Been using Bay Area Bin Support for two years now. Wish I would have signed up the day they opened. Has saved us a tremendous amount of money, but that's just the start of things. Bins are always put out and returned and if there is ever an issue with the trash company, BABS steps up and takes care of it without us even asking. But, there is more. Recently, a kind neighbor dumped a mattress in front of our building. The city still has not replied for nearly a month to remove the illegal dumping. BABS stepped up and took it for us at no cost. If you are thinking of making a switch from the trash company push-pull service, do it!!!!”
