My father had recently passed and he had been living in his apartment for twenty years. Not only did I have to deal with the shock and trauma of losing a parent but I was tasked of removing all of his belongings and personal possessions. A few days later I called him again and asked him to come by to help me with the estimate. He arrived on time and inspected the place and provided me with the estimate. I told him I would call him when I had everything bagged, boxed up, and completely ready for him to go in and take everything out. Approximately a week later I called Adam to schedule the appointment for him to do the job. On the day of Adam arrived with two other guys in their big truck and started immediately. They never complained about the heat, the stairs, or the fact that I had no water I could offer to them. In just over a few hours they had completely finished the job and did it with professionalism and efficiency.
