While, as a society, we might consider the above to be "just doing your job" because these things are expected from any service company, I know firsthand how hard their job can be having worked a similar job myself when I was young. By no means did they go "above and beyond" but there was no need to, and indeed no opportunity to do so. When excellence is par for the course, we often fail to recognize or reward it, only calling out flaws. Doing your job well deserves recognition; 5/5, would recommend.”
