“Guys-I’m not going to lie. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism of the JunkGuys. I worked with Eli, first a phone call. I was offered an onsite estimate in a timely manner. When the workers arrived, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed all my questions (Are any of my items toxic or too heavy or not acceptable at the junkyard? (I was told they handle most things and they gave advice. In the end, we made arrangements to have everything hauled away the same day-the same day folks! And guess what? They hauled away my very heavy dismantled old-school stand up piano with ease. I was so happy with their timeliness, how I was treated and their professionalism, that I tipped the last two guys on the second load. I’m not sure why the JunkGuys have four stars on Yelp. If there were six stars, that is what I would give. Thanks again, guys, hope we meet again soon, but not too soon. LOL”
