“These guys are out of this world. I didn't know there was a company that did this to begin with, but a friend told me about him after I told her the CD wouldn't pick up my one item. Alex always picks up the phone, and I mean always. It's also nice that I've company still has HUMANS pick up the phone instead of a long winded AI! (Guys, please never switch to an AI. It's nice to hear a human for once!). Then they scheduled me for my pickup, and when I put my item out the day before, for some reason someone else came and grabbed it, so I called them to tell them if I could leave a different item and they said yes. And then they just came by and picked it up at the time they said they would. Really professional, super nice on the phone, I would 100% recommend them.
