Chicago Asbestos & Mold Professionals

Chicago Asbestos & Mold Professionals is one of those outfits you hear about in Chicago when someone’s in a real pinch—wet garage, sketchy old tile, pipe wrap in the basement, a house deal hanging in the balance—and they need someone who actually answers the phone and tells you the truth. Rogelio’s name comes up a lot in that “lifesaver” way, and not because he talks a big game. People keep saying the same things: fast and reasonable estimate, very transparent about the process, and on time when he says he’ll be on time.

And that responsiveness isn’t just during business hours, either. Folks mention calling late—like 11 pm—and he still picks up, explains what to look for, looks at videos, sends example photos. Who does that anymore without turning it into a sales pitch or a fee-first situation? But he does. Yet he still runs it like a pro operation once the job starts: contracts, credentials, clear recommendations, and a crew that knows how to set containment up right.

What stands out in the reviews is how they handle the messy realities—moldy basements, mastic on floors, asbestos insulation on long runs of pipe—without leaving you guessing. They keep the work area fully contained, they clean up everything, and they properly dispose of contaminated materials. Plus they don’t go silent halfway through like some “professionals” do; customers talk about constant updates—pickup, drop-off, results—then a final report. That steady communication is what keeps homeowners calm when they’re already freaked out.

Pricing sounds like it lands in that sweet spot contractors respect: the price was right, fair price, within budget, worth every penny. However, it’s not just cheap work—it’s SAFE work, and people notice the compliance and the thoroughness. He explains the process, shows proof (even video of prep in one case), and he’ll coordinate other trades when the root cause needs fixing—plumber, HVAC, even air quality follow-up—so you’re not stuck juggling three different companies while your house sits torn up.

But if you’re the type who only hires companies with a mountain of reviews, this one might make you pause—some reviewers even say they were surprised there weren’t more. Then again, the folks who did hire them sound like they’d do it again 10/10 times, and a couple already have.

If you want the honest local read: this is a responsive, no-fuss crew that shows up, contains it right, communicates clearly, and doesn’t nickel-and-dime when the job gets complicated—and around here, that reputation matters.
