Folks mention they’re very friendly, and that tracks with what you see when the crew actually has room to work—somebody points you where to go, keeps things moving, no fuss. And for a place where nails, busted boards, and mystery sharp objects usually come with the territory, it says something when a customer’s saying “knock on wood, never a nail where it shouldn’t be.” That’s not an accident. That’s staff keeping the area from turning into a hazard.

But the bad review isn’t hard to believe either. “Horrible, unorganized,” and “trailers always full on Sundays” hits a nerve because Sundays are when working people finally get a minute to haul a load off.
