Half time they are really motivated to help you! That's odd anywhere especially when throwing out trash. Very friendly. I personally would rather have public dumpsters back! Have them along highways & etc. It kept everything much more cleaner! I don't believe it's cause they were ugly or kids were setting them on fire... I think that's what one of our large dumps does is burn... It's a great service! Knock on wood never a nail where it shouldn't be, unlike Apts! PS: This is for tax paying residents. So don't down someone making minimum wage to dig through your !
