The service hasn’t been great the past year. A lot of missed pick ups. Now they have canceled the service and said I would be refunded but I haven’t seen the refund yet.

Started great, ended with no communication I’ve been a customer since 2022. For the first couple of years, they were great, service was reliable and affordable with no missed pickups. Over the past year or two, missed weeks became more frequent. At first it was resolved, but eventually my trash was left out for days with no response to calls, emails, or texts. I even had to bring it back in myself. When I requested to cancel service, I never received any acknowledgment. Communication completely broke down, which is disappointing after years as a loyal customer.
