Jeff & his helper were very easy to work with as we set up a major basement & garage cleanup. They helped us schedule a pick up time to aid us in completing the purge! Their truck showed up on time after a "20 minutes out" call and once on site, they worked quickly to establish and share a logical loading order that would utilize the truck's space efficiently and support quick loading. The crew showed repect to our family, we're friendly and agreeable, and very STRONG! We had numerous items we asked Jeff to donate for us & recycle. He did so and shared the donation receipt more than living up to the company name. How surprisingly refreshing it was to work with a businesspersin who clearly understands getting rid of "junk" can be a draining physical & emotional experience for a family. Bravo ECO CITY JUNK on junk we'll handled & disappeared !!!
