Express Junk Removal

Express Junk Removal is one of those 757 outfits folks keep in their phone because they actually show up. I’ve heard the same pattern from homeowners and other business owners around Norfolk—**on time**, **prompt**, and **professional**, without the song and dance. And in junk removal, that’s half the battle, right?

They run like a small, hands-on operation where the owner’s still in the mix. People mention **Mr. Allen** and **Francis/Mr. Frances** by name, which usually tells me two things: you can get a real person on the phone, and if something’s time-sensitive, the decision-maker can move it along. Need somebody who can come **literally 1 hour after I called**? Or a **last minute** move-in situation when other crews “can’t fit it in”? These guys seem to lean into that “in a jam” work instead of dodging it.

Pricing sounds straightforward too—reviews keep saying **great price**, **fair pricing**, **affordable**, and they’ll **arrive, give a quote, and pick up the debris on the spot**. No fuss. That’s the kind of clarity contractors like because you can keep your day moving. But here’s the real tell: multiple people say they’ve used them **many years**, **several times**, **over and over again**. In this business, repeat calls don’t happen if the crew leaves a mess, drags their feet, or plays games with the bill.

Work style? **Quick and efficient**, **hard-working team**, friendly, and “down to earth.” And when the job crosses over from junk to moving, they don’t treat your stuff like scrap—one reviewer flat-out said their **belongings were handled with care**. How many “junk” crews do you trust around a move-in cleanout without babysitting them?

Now, are these the kind of reviews that nitpick the edge cases—dump fees, weird access, heavy specialty items? Not really. But the consistent theme is **responsive**, **reliable**, and they deliver when the clock’s ticking. If you’re in Norfolk or anywhere around the 757 and you just want the pile gone—today, not “sometime next week”—Express Junk Removal has built the kind of reputation that travels jobsite to jobsite.
