We received a quick estimate based on photos we uploaded. The price was reasonable. This was to clean out my MIL's assisted living apartment. Since we really didn't know what would need to be removed, we texted back and forth and found them very helpful. By the time they were to do the clean out, everything had been removed by staff and residents. We called Hana and asked if we could cancel and offered to pay a fee for that. She replied the crew had not left the shop yet and no fee was necessary.
