I want to thank Kimberley, and her incredible staff, for helping my elderly parents move out of their home of 48 years in Alamo, CA, and then again, assisting them with their second move out of their short-term rental. The were reliable, honest, and reasonable in all their dealings. On the second move, the elevator at their storage center broke, and they stayed overtime (without extra charge) to haul everyone of their many boxes upstairs. Not only were they reasonable in their financial dealings with my parents, they were empathetic and helped keep me in the loop with how things were going when I could not be there in person. For everything they have done, beyond just what was required, I am so grateful. Five stars - no hesitation.
