Absolutely atrocious service. I signed up for 2x/week service every Tuesday and Friday. I was only getting service on Tuesday. I emailed. I submitted requests. I called. Told them I’m only getting half the service I paid for and am entitled to. She hung up. I called back and she was very dismissive. I had to tell her three times to MAKE AN ACTUAL NOTE for them to pick up my trash every Friday as well. They came that Friday. Now they’re not coming Tuesday. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROVIDER. THEY WILL NOT COME. It is Wednesday morning and my trash is still outside, very much full.

I am unhappy about the switch that Conroe made from waste management to this company, but seriously day 1. The cans are being delivered and I'm trying to ask one of the men a question because I have 3 cans and I want to be sure I was still getting 3 cans and I had to repeatedly say "excuse me" over and over to different guys before one even acknowledgement me. When he responded he said "what" in a less than desirable tone. I just wanted to ask a question and ultimatelt I was completely ignored. Seriously? I run a business too and this rudeness was undeserved. What happened to customer service or just being polite in general. Last, there is no heavy trash pick up day? Seriously? In all my life I never had a trash service that required me to get on schedule / waiting list for a heavy trash day. The city of conroe really lowered the bar with this switch. I am sorry....but this was a terrible introduction to Frontier Waste.
