I'm editing my review to reflect fewer stars because the company has failed to provide a receipt for the payments we made. After repeated request and promises to send, we have still not received any copies of receipts. What's that about? Patrick responded quickly to my inquiry. The workers showed up at the appointed time. We're extremely respectful young men. Did a wonderful job cleaning out the house, garage and yard.

### A Negative Experience with This Junk Removal Company I cannot recommend this junk removal company to anyone. Here’s a summary of the disappointing experience I had: 1. **Initial Charge Miscommunication**: They quoted me USD 350 to pick up my trash, which I paid via Zelle after showing a picture and video of my load. The agreement was to take everything. 2. **Surprise Price Increase**: When the truck arrived at my home, the driver suddenly claimed the cost would be USD 750. I was taken aback and declined. After some discussion, the driver and dispatch agreed to pick up half of my trash for the original USD 350. 3. **Incomplete Pickup**: When I returned home hours later, I discovered that half of the trash hadn't been picked up at all. I reached out to dispatch again, only to be told they only took half of a truckload, not half of my trash. 4. **Unsatisfactory Resolution**: In an attempt to settle the matter, the dispatcher offered me USD 50-USD 100, which I have yet to receive. In summary, this company has lied to me several times, and I would strongly advise against using their services.
