After my initial meeting with Christine she quickly understood my expectations and was methodical and logical in her packing and labeling. She made multiple trips to donate items and when possible to the organization of my request. All my items were well packed and intact on arrival. Unpacking was also easy and I did not have to dig through multiple boxes to look for my items as the boxes were appropriately labeled.
