“Utterly unprofessional! Every week my garbage can is taken from one side of my 20' driveway, to the other side, making me get out of my vehicle to enter my driveway. Last week the garbage person hit my recycling over while doing this and they left it to blow all over my yard. The recycling person drove right past. I called Friday, Monday, and today Tuesday, and the answer is the same. No trucks available, no manager available, we will get it tomorrow. 4 days my can has been out with no return call or pickup made. An absolute joke of a company.”
“Completely incompetent. I moved into a house, was told Flood Brothers serviced my house. Called to verify, they said yes, set up service, charged me, dropped off bins, then proceeded to not pick up trash for THREE WEEKS!!! I called last week to ask why they aren’t picking it up. The girl on the phone said she wasn’t sure they should be- she’d add an extra note to not skip us. Then I get a call this morning- oh we actually don’t service your house it’s another company. Are you kidding me!?!? No apologies, nothing and it will take a month to get your refund check. Three weeks of trash piled up, delivered bins, and then no service. What a joke. Would never, ever recommend this company to anyone needing trash service!”
