It only took 3 hours to move out all my furniture and move it into my new home (new apartment was tricky to get into due to an elevator and hallways and they had no issues). They carefully taped or covered delicate furniture items, so no damage. 10/10”

“Terrible experience — avoid this company! I hired this company to help with my move, and they damaged my dresser, breaking the drawer and legs. When I contacted them to file a claim, they refused to offer even a small refund, hiding behind a vague policy that I supposedly “agreed to” — no real accountability or customer care. I understand accidents happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Instead of standing by their service, they gave me copy-paste responses and showed zero effort to make things right. I do not recommend this moving company to anyone. If you care about your furniture and want real support when something goes wrong, look elsewhere.”
