I needed a garage and storage unit clean out in the Broad Ripple area. No doubt I picked the right company, as my experience with Indy Trash Guy was outstanding from beginning to end! Called on a Saturday and spoke to Brian (I was very impressed they work on the weekends). Brian (one of the co-owners) was terrific to deal with; answered all my questions, was empathetic to my needs, and made scheduling fast and easy. Side note - I sent him pictures of my garage & storage unit for him to provide an accurate quote - which I felt was very fair and a good value. We broke up my clean out into two days. The guys who came out were absolutely fantastic! Jason (the other co-owner), Adam and Steve could not have been more professional, friendly and hardworking. Not to mention, all of them showed so much patience and grace while I was making decisions throughout, on what to keep and what to discard. Simply put, one of my best experiences with a service provider - cannot say enough good things about these great guys - I will be using them again soon, for my Father's storsge unit cleanout. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Indy Trash Guy!!!
