J M Property Clean Up and Junk Removal Service

Around Colton, J M Property Clean Up and Junk Removal Service (JM) has built the kind of word-of-mouth you only get when you show up and handle the messy stuff without making it a whole thing. Folks keep it simple in their reviews—“great service,” “great service and prices”—and that usually tells me the operation runs the way a junk crew should: on time, no fuss, and straight to work.

And the name that comes up is Jesse. People call him “super responsive” and “helpful,” which in this line of work usually means you’re not chasing someone down for a callback, you’re not stuck in scheduling limbo, and you’re not getting the runaround when you’re trying to get a property cleaned up quickly. Need a mess cleaned up fast and efficiently? That’s exactly what they get credited for. How many junk outfits can you say that about, consistently?

But what stands out most is pricing. “Affordable” and “great … prices” doesn’t read like a coupon gimmick—more like fair price, clear expectations, and nobody padding the bill just because the pile got uglier once they started loading. And if you’ve ever dealt with junk removal, you know the reality: surprises happen. Mattresses wedged in weird spots, extra debris you forgot about, the “quick haul” that turns into a full clean up. These reviews suggest JM stays easy to deal with even when it’s not clean work.

Plus, the communication seems to match the pace—responsive, quick, efficient. Want a crew you can hand the problem to and stop thinking about it? That’s the vibe here. And in Colton, that reputation doesn’t stick unless they earn it job after job—JM seems like one of the ones that does.
