Hired Richard to remove carpets from backyard. Was initially quoted USD 250-USD 350, but he said it’s USD 75 more when he got there and saw the amount. I said that’s fine but he didn’t remove all of it. Now he’s not returning voicemails and blocked my number. Scammers, DO NOT USE! Be man enough to admit when you can’t do the job, not just take the money and run!
