We heard about Kody and his team through the sales person at the senior living facility we were moving our father to. After speaking to him on the phone and meeting in person, I knew immediately that we had the right team to help us get rid of the items that were not going with my father. Kody and his team systematically cleaned out the remaining items throughout the house and garage, and took pictures of all rooms when done as visual proof.
