Last week, I used the services of Junk Shuttle for the third time. Being a multiple repeat customer attests to the quality of service provided by Junk Shuttle. All of my communication, including arranging the day of service, were via email. Tim, Junk Shuttle's owner, responded promptly and thoroughly to my emails and I think there may have been a text or two on the day of service. This is how I like to do business because I am not phone-talker. Tim and his crew arrived promptly at my storage unit and in a very short time, the unit was empty. One of the crew broom swept the unit which saved me some extra work. Although I use Junk Shuttle for their professionalism and quality of service, I mainly use them because they don't just haul everything to the dump. At their warehouse, Tim and his crew sort through the items they have picked up and donate usable items to appropriate charities. Come spring I will be using Junk Shuttle again. I highly recommend Junk Shuttle to anyone needing items picked up and hauled away. Thanks, Junk Shuttle.
