Ahmad was excellent. He arrived right on time, gave us the best price after we compared several rates, and handled everything efficiently and professionally. He was polite, courteous, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Junk removal can sometimes be stressful depending on the situation, but our experience was smooth and hassle-free. Even so, it was clear that Ahmad would be especially good in more stressful situations too because he is calm, responsive, and dependable. He is just starting out, and I truly hope his business grows because he earned it. I had an old piano moved from my 5th floor apartment by JunkGuy's Washington DC .This company was amazing to work with First i got a quick and easy quote. Secondly Great communication between the company and and myself to set up the removal. Polite and courteous communication between the workers and myself on the day of pickup. I never felt like I was left in the dark on arrival times. I would definitely recommend this company, and we'll use them again for future needs Thanks guys!!!
