Absolutely horrible experience. I'm not sure if it was just an off week or they were dealing with some emergency, but I can only speak from my POV: They were impossible to communicate with, very unprofessional, didn't know their schedules, wouldn't answer their phones or call back from voicemails, and hardly responded via text message. Was pretty much ghosted after deciding to go with them, but they didn't even reply to close the deal, I can't imagine trusting them to show up on time even if we did agree on an appointment. The only saving grace is that it was cheap, but the customer service was absolutely nonexistent. If this business wants to succeed they need to communicate much better. If not through phone, then though some online service. I'm usually pretty generous when it comes to ratings but this experience was very frustrating. Ended up just going through a charity donation instead. I see those other 5 star ratings which makes me wonder why my experience was so drastically different. Wish I could leave any positive comments here.
