Amazing service. We called needing a trailer to get rid of one garage bay worth of misc household items, and he was available that day for a drop off. He set it up for us and we got to work that day. We did have it for the weekend, but we were done with it sooner and he was able to pick it up for us. Very pleased with the customer service, and will be using them again.

Called to get an estimate for removing just a few basic items — a bed frame, two pieces of sheetrock, a recliner (in two parts), and one bag of miscellaneous trash — and was quoted $450. Completely unreasonable for such a small load. Prices like this show zero regard for fairness or market standards. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — there are plenty of junk removal services that offer transparent, reasonable rates without trying to take advantage of customers.
