Got referred by living spaces and tried to set up an appointment about five minutes later got accepted by Casey Ruffins. Then got text from 562 number asking if they can pick it up today I said yea that will work but not response. About an hour later I texted again asking what time they think they can pick up. They avoid my question and immediately asked for my address and said there's a fee for removal. That was over an hour from my previous text. I then asked how much was the fee and they still avoided my question and just asked about my address and if there was stairs. Even though that was asked on the questioner on the website. Overall horrible communication. I'm not sure if it's someone from a third party company or local business but communication needs to be fixed on their end.
