“The guys (Tom and Isaac) were the greatest guys to work with! I called them a week ago asking to get my couch removed from my tiny apartment building. They got me into their schedule, and told me that they would arrive between 10am-12pm, with a 20 minute heads up call. Literally on the dot I get a call at 10:10am, saying that they have arrived at my place, got my couch out and onto their truck in 10 minutes! I do have to give credit to my apartment being so close to the exit, but still!
