College hunks basically blamed me for having 3 flights of stairs, when they were well aware of that when we did our in home consultation, and this was listed on my invoice. I signed up for both protections in case anything was damaged. They would not honor the more expensive coverage and would only issue me a $112.00 check for $1700. 00 LG ThinQ brand new washer. They also told me they could confiscate the washer and issue me a check for it, but I do not wish to do that because the washer does work, and im not sure how long that takes and what they will try to pay me. I didn't have a large move either. And after the move was completed the franchise owner sanjivv had the audacity to try to say i lied about the three flights of stairs, after he had his employee come to my apartment for an in home estimate! The employee literally climbed the three flights of stairs and wrote up my invoice indicating so. Then sanjivv had the audacity to try to charge me additional fees for the stairs. The manager then began to blame the guys that did the heavy lifting. Saying that they were unprofessional anddidn'tt care about my belongings. They were professional, but one of the employeesarm gave out during the move. I usually don't do reviews like this, but I can not believe how disrespected I have been by college hunks greenville, nc. Every day I regret using this moving company.”

These things were the largest eye sore in my front yard and I had tried everything to kill them. I actually flagged down Leigh while he was working on a job for my neighbor and asked is he could work on my stumps too. He did it the same day and was super helpful with suggestions for future sprout management. Very reasonable with pricing especially in light of how big these things were. I will 100% call him again for future projects.”
