“I think the service is starting to fail. I got a bill first time in 4 years for extra trash and it was recyclables. I think its time to find a new company since the mgmt doesn't seem to friendly lately. They told me recyclables do not go in a bag that I just put them in a bin. Makes no sense at all. Bin or trash bag its a container and they would be contaminated either way and its marked what they are on the trash bin they are in. Im not happy at all. Also my road got paved and they missed a pick up and never came back and I'm out a week of trash pick up. It's neither of our fault but the right thing would have been to have our street allowed to put more trash out today.”
