“I've never heard of a company that returns payments to the bank rather than deposit them. Receive money orders and claim they never did, receive multiple payments, refuse to send a larger dumpster, also refuse and neglect to empty dumpsters forcing customers to have overflowing dumpsters that attract bears yet insist we must have a bear proof dumpster! A bear proof dumpster only works when it's emptied regularly! This month I paid them, then the property owner sent another payment cause they claimed they never received the money order I sent them. Month after month I have an over flowing dumpster because they just don't come out! I call them and tell them the bears get into it, they don't care. But when they come to empty I get talked to about calling them to do an early pick up, like I do that but they only come out when they want to, not when they are paid to come out, which I was told would be every week, or every other week! Makes me wish I had more options!!! *** UPDATE*** After 8 weeks of no pickup AFTER they received payment AFTER fish and game called them, they finally came out, only they left all the trash and took the dumpster!!!! Looks like we're calling BBB”
“Absolutely horrible service! Have to call on a regular basis to have the dumpster emptied. Spoke to the owner once to set up a pickup schedule which never was fulfilled. They came when they wanted after the dumpster was constantly overflowing. I’ve called them out on their billing which wasn’t correct and was being charged for days it was never picked up. Lastly, called and emailed again after the garbage hadn’t been picked up for a month. Requested a call back and never received one. No response to the email. They finally picked up today but not only the garbage, the entire dumpster. They left 6 bags and cardboard that couldn’t go into the dumpster. I guess if you complain they remove the dumpster. Horrible business to deal with. Would never recommend to anyone!”
