“TL;DR: SANITARY HAZARD. PRIVACY VIOLATION. PREDATORY EXTORTION. Horrible and outrageous! Avoid at all costs! These people are a disgrace to the industry. The three workers you sent were repulsive. They arrived in filthy clothing and reeked of smoke so toxic that it left a disgusting stench in my apartment for hours. It was a sanitary violation to even let them in. Worse than the filth was the conduct. They completely ignored professional boundaries. They treated my private residence like a tourist attraction —— gawking at my belongings and making loud, unsolicited, and inappropriate comments about my lifestyle. It was intrusive, offensive, and bordering on harassment! Then came the scam. They quoted me USD 1,200 for a standard removal job that legitimate companies priced at under USD 600. This is attempted extortion and deceptive trade practice. I formally request that the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau launch an immediate investigation into this company’s predatory pricing and unethical conduct. Businesses operating like this should be shut down”
