“I had an unseen water leak in my kitchen that had seeped beneath my hardwood floors. My insurance company hired Servpro to remediate which involved checking the moisture level beneath the floors, brought in fans and dehumidifier. After approx. week they removed my lower cabinets including packing the contents, removed the floor and treated the sub floor with a bacteria solution. During the entire process the workers were professional, polite, neat avoiding a mess through out my house, careful with my belongings and patient answering my numerous questions throughout the entire process.
