“DO NOT USE LOAD UP JUNK REMOVAL!!! They outsource their movers who are criminals and have the intent to steal from you when you are not looking. I had hired them for FURNITURE removal and the movers were trying to take my TV, soundbar and stereo system every time I turned around. Unfortunately, they got away with taking multiple suits and jackets of mine that were in the room with them. Load Up DID NOTHING TO HELP REMEDY THE SITUATION!! They hire awful people and do not complete background checks. Do not use them if you want to risk your items being stolen. Here I thought I was doing something nice and donating my furniture instead I’m out thousands of dollars!!”
