“Two weeks of missed trash days and no communication despite us calling and calling. Phone mailbox says it’s full, gee, I wonder why? If the business is struggling due to extenuating circumstances (death in the family, sickness) we would of course have no issue as long as they made us aware so we could make other arrangements. However, considering we have been left in the dark with no information and an ever increasing pile of garbage we now need to haul to the dump and all efforts of contacting them have been cut off, what else can we do? Edit: I am not on social media but decided to go ahead and check their Facebook. I don’t have a Facebook account, but on theirs they did announce they wouldn’t be picking up trash for these two weeks. Fair to them I am adjusting my review accordingly. However, for people like me who don’t have social media and thus didn’t see the notice, nor was there any notification given on say, a an answering machine announcement, how am I supposed to know? In future I hope they will consider placing a flyer on the door during pickup or SOMETHING so people who aren’t on Facebook aren’t bewildered.”
