I got a text at 6 am the day of saying that it would be cheaper to get a dumpster. Then saying they needed photos for an estimate. Then informing me that only two people worked there so I needed to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.”

“Booked an estimate - came home for the 9-11 arrival window. They no showed and texted asking for a picture so they could send the estimate. Send a picture and they respond asking for a price from me (!?). Insane. Don't recommend dealing with these people.”

We informed Sherry that we were coming from Massachusetts. We stated that we were sure we would need the help as my mother is DISABLED. We confirmed with her YESTERDAY that we were STILL flying in and would still like their assistance on moving day. Sherry requested we call tomorrow after we land. We call today as requested, and suddenly, she doesn't have the truck promised, but there's a smaller one she says, but it will take more trips. She asks us to confirm what's there. Okay, no problem. We check the unit confirm we need the help call back less than an hour later from the initial call and she says they're not available until Monday? When we ask what happened to our original booking for today she started berating us saying out of state people are difficult to work with, and begins ranting about it stating that nobody's looking out for her wallet and how out of state people always do this kind of thing.... What kind of thing did I do? Payne-less was more painful than anything. Shame on you for making a bad situation worse. On the plus side, I just spoke with the KINDEST person from ANOTHER company who will be assisting me AND charging less than your quote of USD 400+”
