Roger was amazing. He helped move a huge table that I definitely wouldn’t have been able to handle on my own. He even took it apart so it would fit into my apartment and then put it back together perfectly. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free—I barely had to do anything. I definitely recommend Ortiz Removal and hauling! Experience was top tier across the board from the customer service to the job completion. We had cut down a few trees and had a lot of branches, trunks and leaves we needed removed. He arrived early and worked efficiently to get the job done. We will be using him for future projects.
