I was able to get the can out when they came back through. Even though the truck was now facing the wrong direction they still stopped and inconvenienced themselves to empty it for me. So thank you driver I do appreciate it.”

“In general WM weekly service is prompt, responsible, & easy to communicate with. I do wish we could receive credit for the weeks we are out of town & do not produce trash & do not need trash pickup. When we are gone for 3-4 weeks at a time traveling, we are still required to pay for the entire quarter, no exceptions I’ve been told. Rates are pretty comparable to other trash removal companies.”
