I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding repeated failures by Ray's trash service DBA Waste Management to provide contracted waste collection services at my business location, despite continuing to bill us in full. Over the past two weeks, service has been missed on four separate occasions. On each scheduled pickup date, our dumpster was accessible and unobstructed. Last week, your driver falsely reported that our dumpster was blocked, and the “photo evidence” provided was an entirely black, unusable image. Despite these claims, no service was performed, and this week’s pickup was also missed. These repeated failures have left us without trash collection for two consecutive weeks, while we continue to be billed for a service that has not been provided. This situation is unacceptable and disruptive to the operation of our business. I respectfully request the following: Immediate correction of billing to remove charges for any missed services. Written assurance that service will resume as contracted going forward. A clear explanation of why repeated service failures have occurred. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing complaints with the [State Public Utility Commission / Department of Environmental Management / Local Solid Waste Authority], as well as the Better Business Bureau, and to explore alternative service providers. I expect a written response within 10 business days. Please note that a copy of this complaint is also being submitted to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

This is how the deplorable trash service rays treats their customers. This isn’t the first time normally they just leave them thrown on our lawn or in the street. But this time they took the extra step to leave this out on the narrow road upside down and broken with trash strewn on the street. Good job rays really appreciate the lazy work.
