Updated: Changed my review from 2 star to 4 star after manager contacted me and provided me with the documentation I needed to give me peace of mind. Thank you for caring about your customers and seeking feedback for ways to improve your services! This company has given me the runaround for 2 months. Back in December they were at my place of business and I released 2 personal laptops for destruction. I was told I would receive proof of destruction but am still trying to get someone to help me track that down. Do not recommend.
