This rating is strictly regarding the inability to contact these people. I never had a problem before it switched hands. I don't even have an account number because it's all different now. I called the two numbers I could find and after all the automated button pushing it says " for all other questions press 5 " upon pressing 5 it tells me an error occurred to try my call later. Even the chat option is faulty. ..
