They ignore yard waste regardless of it being a paid service, and charge extra when you have more than 3 bags the following week due to their lack of fulfillment. They also consistently ignore noise ordinance and come way too early (sometimes 5 and 6 am) which wakes up the whole neighborhood. Cincinnati in particular sucks - never had these issues with Columbus Rumpkee.

This company delivered the worst service I have ever experienced. We paid an extra $30 surcharge for a double door removal, yet they never completed the job. No one came to pick up the door, and there was no communication or follow-through. They took the money but failed to provide the service. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
