Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called for an appointment to have an estimate for tree removal/tree pruning. We were scheduled for 5pm. No one had shown up by 5:30pm so I called them to see what was going on. I was told on the phone that it was raining so no one could do estimates. I asked if that was normal for a simple estimate to not be done because of rain and she said yes no one works when it's raining. I was not notified of the cancellation of appointment. I informed her that this was unprofessional to not even notify a potential customer of an appointment cancellation and she immediately hung up on me.
