• My mom passed away a few weeks ago and I had to face the heartbreaking task of clearing out her home. I knew I couldn’t do it alone, as she had accumulated so much stuff over the past few years, so I began looking for businesses that could help. Texas Tuff Hauling was the first (and ended up being the only) business I called. We met a few days later for the free estimate and I knew then that I didn’t need to call anyone else. Nancy and Billy arrived right on time, did a quick tour of the property, and gave me an estimate within minutes. They were SO kind and professional. I knew I could trust them with my mom’s home and scheduled a clean-out with them that same day. They were very accommodating of my schedule and we planned on them coming out a couple of weeks later. They arrived on time and ready to go. I trusted them completely and dropped off a key and they went to work. There was so, so much to do but within two days, they had her home cleared out. Nancy kept me updated with texts and FaceTime calls to show me the progress. She is truly a blessing. There were times where I was so overwhelmed that all I could do was cry and she spoke to me with so much genuine kindness and never rushed me off the phone. They even found and saved some incredibly important and sentimental items for me that I feel other places may have just taken or thrown away. The work they did was fantastic and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. They even worked with my budget! The cost was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Texas Tuff Hauling for anyone’s needs - big or small. You just can’t get any better! Thank you, Nancy and Bill, for making this incredibly difficult time more manageable.
