terrible customer service. had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance.. on the day of, they no call no showed. i called several times and waited for hours for them to show up to no avail. I called the customer service number who only could tell me to “keep waiting” because they could not get ahold of the driver either. Finally, they offered to reschedule me to 3 days later, on Tuesday when my original appointment was on Saturday morning. I explained to them that I had to be out of the residence by Monday, as I was moving. They responded with no remorse, stating “well either you can wait until Tuesday or we can just cancel you.” Didn’t care to help me whatsoever or even pretend to care. Her name was Ashley. Now I am in a bind trying to find another company last minute. Zero star service
