Time's Up Tree Experts , LLC

Time’s Up Tree Experts, LLC is one of those Newport News outfits that shows up when it matters, not just when it’s convenient. I’ve heard the same beat from folks who’ve used them: the consultation happens without a song and dance, the quote comes straight, and then the work matches what got talked about. No fuss, no weird surprises halfway through.

And when things get dicey—like that dire situation with a 20 ft branch hovering over a house—TJ doesn’t drag his feet. He came out within the hour to assess the damage, then had a crew there first thing the next morning to clear the hazard, trim back the unstable stuff, and clean everything up. That “on time” piece? It’s real. Plus they didn’t just haul off and vanish; they left usable firewood behind. How many tree crews think like that anymore?

But the big tell is how Terrence/TJ comes across in the reviews: conscientious, pleasant to work with, easy to deal with. That usually means clear communication and a steady attitude when the job gets messy—stump grinding dust, shrub removal piles, limbs everywhere. Yet they still wrap it up clean, and people walk away saying “fair price and good work,” not “I guess it’s fine.”

However you slice it—routine shrub removal and stump grinding or urgent storm-type branch work—this company runs like a crew that takes the site and the homeowner seriously. If you want a tree guy who responds fast, prices it fair, and leaves the place looking like a job actually got finished, Time’s Up has that reputation for a reason.
