They were up front in quoting process, and shared their rate schedule/pricing format to ensure everything was fair and square. Andrew and Daniel were great on the phone, providing thorough customer service and representing the company’s values. Operator Grayson was in direct contact with me once on site for scrap removal, and was very communicative. The left no trace of the mess we had to clean up! TopDawg showed up on time, was reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job! The two gentlemen were a pleasure to work with and very respectful. I have used a couple of other junk removal services in the past but TopDawg is by far the best. I will definitely use them again in the future!
