A “TITAN” in green shiny armor! Ryan, saved the day when I was nearing the end of a thirty five year stay in my beloved first home. The house sold and the buyers requested a closing within a month. He answered the call, had a plan, was organized, thoughtful, supportive and saw the project through to the end on a very tight schedule. He acknowledged and respected my sense of urgency without rushing me into making hasty and potentially regrettable decisions. His steady guidance got the project done efficiently and on time.
