Easy to schedule through home office. Truck and crew arrived on time, and provided a quick and reasonable estimate. Carried the junk cabinet from my garage and loaded it into their truck. All transactions from estimate to payment were through their electronic device. Easy solution to clearing some space in my garage for the snowblower to be delivered. I recently requested the removal of a refrigerator from my home that was left in the basement by the previous owner. One of the movers from Two Men and a Junk Truck appeared to be prepared to haul the refrigerator away, but the other gentleman flat out refused and told me to submit another request. The refrigerator had gnats inside of it and needed to be urgently removed, so I was disappointed by the lack of assistance. I was then given an off the wall quote that was substantially higher than other companies I contacted for comparison. After reaching out to other companies, I found much more reasonable prices for the same service. The fact that I was given such a high quote after being denied the service was frustrating. To top it off, I received a follow-up email from Two Men and a Junk Truck as if I had canceled the service myself, when in reality it was the worker who refused the job. This lack of communication and unhelpful service left me feeling dissatisfied with my experience.
